MCB Seychelles wishes to inform its customers that as from August 2024, all e-mailed account statements shall be password protected. This new feature forms part of our continuous efforts to preserve the confidentiality of our customers’ banking details.
All customers subscribed to e-mailing facility shall receive an e-mail covering the steps to access the password protected statement. The contents of this e-mail should not be divulged to any other third party for security reasons.
If upon receipt of your statements you are unsure how to access it, kindly contact our customer agents by emailing [email protected] or call us on (+248) 4284555. Please note that our agents shall be verifying your identity as per our existing security protocols.
